Netflix Error tvq-st-111

If you see the error code tvq-st-111, often with one of these messages:

Unable to connect to Netflix. Please try again or visit: www.netflix.com/help
Netflix has encountered an error. Retrying in [X] seconds.

It usually means there's data on your device that needs to be refreshed. Follow the troubleshooting steps for your device below to resolve the issue.

Smart TV

Restart your smart TV

  1. Unplug your TV from power for at least 1 minute.

  2. While your TV is unplugged, press and hold the power button on the TV for 5 seconds to discharge it.

    • If you can't access the power button or your TV doesn't have one, leave the TV unplugged for at least 3 minutes.

  3. Plug your TV back in.

  4. Turn your TV on.

  5. Try Netflix again.

Sign out of Netflix

  1. From the Netflix Home screen, open the menu on the left.

  2. Select Get Help or Settings.

  3. Select Sign out.

If you're on an error screen:

  1. Select More Details.

  2. Select Sign out or Reset.

Note:
If you can't find Sign out, press these buttons in order on your remote: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up. Then, select Sign out, Reset, or Deactivate.

Xbox 360

Restart your Xbox

  1. Turn off your Xbox.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for at least 1 minute.

  3. While your Xbox is unplugged, press and hold the power button on the console for 5 seconds to discharge it.

  4. Plug your Xbox back in.

  5. Turn your Xbox on with the power button and try Netflix again.

Sign out of Netflix

  1. While inside the Netflix app, press the red B button on the Xbox 360 controller.

  2. From the on-screen menu, select the Settings .

  3. Select Sign out.

  4. Select Yes to confirm.

  5. Sign back in and try Netflix again.

If you can't find the Settings icon:

  1. From within the Netflix app, use the arrows on your remote to enter the following sequence:

    • Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up.

  2. Select Sign out, Start Over, Deactivate, or Reset.

  3. Sign back in and try Netflix again.

Xbox One

Restart your Xbox

  1. Turn off your Xbox.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for at least 1 minute.

  3. While your Xbox is unplugged, press and hold the power button on the console for 5 seconds to discharge it.

  4. Plug your Xbox back in.

  5. Turn your Xbox on with the power button and try Netflix again.

Sign out of Netflix

  1. While in the Netflix app, press the red B button on your controller until the menu appears on the left.

  2. From the bottom of the menu, select Get Help > Sign out.

  3. Select Yes to sign out.

  4. Sign in and try Netflix again.
