Netflix says 'You don't have enough free space on this device. (10014)'

If you see an error on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch that says

You don't have enough free space on this device. (10014)

It indicates that you do not have enough storage space available to download your desired title. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

Delete a single TV show or movie

  1. In the upper right, tap Downloads, then tap a TV show or movie.

  2. Next to the episode or movie with the issue, tap the download status icon .

  3. Tap Delete Download.

Delete all downloads

  1. In the lower right, tap My Netflix.

  2. In the upper right, tap the Menu.

  3. Tap App Settings.

  4. Tap Delete All Downloads, then tap Delete.

If you did not have other downloaded titles stored on your device, or if removing all downloaded titles did not clear enough space, you'll need to remove other stored content from your device. Visit Apple's support website for detailed instructions on deleting content manually.
