It usually means that your device needs to be refreshed. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.
If you sent yourself any emails to reset your Netflix password, delete them.
Once you've deleted the emails, go to netflix.com/clearcookies. This will sign you out and take you back to the Netflix home page.
Go to netflix.com/loginhelp.
Enter your email, then select Continue.
Go back to your email and follow the steps in the new Netflix password-reset email.
If you're still having trouble, use a different computer, smartphone, or tablet to access the email, then click the link. If none of these options resolve the issue, we try using a different email address for Netflix.
