If you can't find the Netflix app on your TV or a device that connects to your TV, your device might need a software update. On most devices, you can check for updates and install them from the settings or system menu. To get the steps to update your device, check the manual that came with it or get help from the manufacturer.
If there aren't any available updates or your device is already on the latest version, contact your device's manufacturer for help with:
Checking if the Netflix app is available for your device.
Finding or installing the Netflix app.
If the manufacturer says the Netflix app isn't available for your device, you'll need to use a different supported device.

Follow the steps in the Set Up Netflix section.
If the steps didn't work or there wasn't an article about your device, contact your provider to check if the Netflix app is available for your device.

Go to Settings and tap Screen Time.
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions, then tap Content Restrictions,
Tap Apps. If Don't Allow, 4+, or 9+, are selected, the Netflix app will not be shown.
