Using Netflix on your hotel TV

Netflix is available at select locations of many hotels, including:

  • Marriott International Hotels

  • Starwood Hotels

  • Hilton Hotels

  • Four Seasons Hotels

  • Best Western Hotels

  • Wyndham Hotels

  • Hyatt Hotels

  • InterContinental Hotels

Supported Regions
Netflix is available in select hotels in the United States.

Navigation
On newer devices, Netflix lets you browse through rows of movie and TV shows, including My List. Each row represents a category (Comedies, Dramas, TV shows, etc) that we present to you based on what you’ve watched.

Older devices may not have rows of movie categories, but do allow you to scroll through My List, which you can create using the Netflix website.

Account Security
All user credentials will be automatically cleared upon checkout; you can also clear your Netflix credentials by signing out of the app.

Resolution
Most devices are capable of streaming Netflix in high definition on fast internet connections and will play Netflix in their maximum supported resolution (see our Internet Connection Speed Recommendations for more information).

Subtitles & Alternate Audio
Learn how to enable subtitles, closed captions, and alternate audio, which are available on many movies and TV shows. Many devices will let you customize the appearance of subtitles and captions. Older devices will display subtitles and captions in their default appearance or are not configured to display subtitles.

To access Netflix from your hotel TV, choose from the steps below.

Connect through the remote

  1. Press the Netflix button on the remote.

  2. From the Netflix home screen, select Sign In if you are already a Netflix member.

    • If you do not have a Netflix account, you can select Start your free month or visit Netflix.com to start an account - if you haven’t had a Netflix account before, your first month is free!

  3. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter the email address that you use for Netflix and select Next.

  4. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter your Netflix password and select Next.

  5. Choose the profile you'd like to use and pick out something to watch!

Your device is now connected to your Netflix account. Enjoy!

Connect through the Main Menu

  1. Navigate to the Main Menu by pressing Menu on the remote.

  2. Select Internet TV.

  3. Locate the Netflix icon.

  4. With Netflix highlighted, select OK.

  5. From the Netflix home screen, select Sign In if you are already a Netflix member.

    • If you do not have a Netflix account, you can select Start your free month or visit Netflix.com to start an account - if you haven’t had a Netflix account before, your first month is free!

  6. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter the email address you use for Netflix and select Next.

  7. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter your Netflix password and select Next.

  8. Choose the profile you'd like to use and pick out something to watch!

Your device is now connected to your Netflix account. Enjoy!

To sign out of your Netflix account:

  1. Begin from the Netflix home screen.

  2. Locate the Menu Row by scrolling up.

  3. Select the gear icon gear icon on the right.

  4. Select Sign out.

  5. Select Yes to confirm.
