Netflix can send you a text message with a code to recover your account if you forget your password. First, make sure you have a correct and verified phone number added to your account.
From a web browser, go to your Account page.
Go to the Membership & Billing section and select Add phone number or Change phone number.
Follow the instructions to confirm your identity.
Select your country.
Enter your phone number.
You may be prompted to verify the number with a code sent to you by text message. Verifying your phone number allows you to use it for password recovery and account verification if you contact Netflix Customer Service. If you don't want to verify the phone number or aren't prompted to, you can verify later by selecting Send Code from a banner you may see in your account.
If you are not getting text messages to the phone number on your account, there could be a delay from your carrier. If the problem continues, please contact your phone carrier for help.
