How to verify your age
To watch content rated 18 and higher in South Korea, go to netflix.com/verifyage to verify that you are at least 19 years old. Mature content can be watched only by South Korean members who have verified their age.
If you have not verified your age, you will be not be able to watch content rated 18 and higher and will be shown a message to visit netflix.com/verifyage. After you complete the verification process, you’ll be able to watch your selection and all other content rated 18 and higher.
Once complete, age verification will apply to all devices used on your account. Your age must be reverified every 12 months.
– Switch to another profile, then switch back.
– Or, sign out of your device and sign back in.
When verifying your age:

Enter your name as it appears on your mobile carrier account.

Enter your phone number with or without hyphens.

If you try to stream content rated 18 and above but don't successfully confirm your age, Netflix will send you an email with steps for verifying.

If you are not a resident of South Korea, you will not be able to verify your age.
