Follow these steps to fix the problem.
From the bottom of the screen, tap Downloads .
Next to the failed download, tap Alert .
Search our Help Center for the error code that appears.
Open the article that matches the error code, then follow the instructions.
If there isn't an article that matches the error code, contact Customer Service.
