Download Failed
There was a problem with this download.
This message on your iPhone or iPad means an issue with the TV show or movie stopped the download. If the download failed due to an error, the steps to fix it can change depending on which error happened.
To fix the problem:
To check for an error:
From the lower right, tap My Netflix, then tap Downloads.
Next to the download with the issue, tap the Alert icon .
If you see one of these errors, go to the article and follow its steps:
If you see a different error, search the error in our Help Center for a matching article and follow its steps.
If you don't see an error code, go to the next steps.
Go to the home screen, then tap App Store.
Tap Search, and enter "Netflix".
In the list, find and tap Netflix, then tap Update. You may need to enter your Apple ID password. If you forgot it, follow Apple's steps to reset it.
When the update is done, try Netflix again.
