Contact us from the Netflix app

To contact Netflix Customer Service through the Netflix app, you'll need to download the app onto your iPhone or iPad, or Android smartphone or tablet. Calling from the Netflix app requires a stable internet connection that uses Wi-Fi or cellular data.

If you're a Netflix member, sign in to the Netflix app and follow these steps:

  1. In the lower right, tap My Netflix.

  2. In the upper right, tap the Menu.

  3. Tap Help.

  4. Tap the Call or Chat button.

If you aren't a Netflix member, open the Netflix app and follow these steps:

  1. In the upper right, tap Help.

  2. Tap the Call or Chat button.

If you're can't reach us when trying to contact through the Netflix app:

  • Make sure you're using the latest version of the Netflix app. Steps to update: Android or iPhone/iPad

    • If you're running the latest version of the Netflix app and still can't reach us through a voice call, try contacting us by chat instead.

Calling from the Netflix app when connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular data network is free, with no long-distance costs. Data rates over a cellular connection may apply, depending on your provider.
