When you watch TV shows with multiple episodes, you can choose whether to automatically play the next episode. If Autoplay isn't working on your device, follow the steps below:
Autoplay is available on many popular devices, including:
Most Smart TVs, Blu-ray players, and set-top boxes, and 2014 or newer devices
Android OS 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) or later
Apple iPad 2 or later running Netflix app version 8.0.0 or later and streaming over Wi-Fi
Apple iPhone 4S or later running Netflix app version 8.0.0 or later and streaming over Wi-Fi
Netflix App for Windows 8
Netflix App for Windows 10
Xbox Series X/S
If you don't have one of these devices, use a different one to use Autoplay.
From a web browser, go to your Account page.
Open the Profile & Parental Controls settings for the profile you want to manage.
Next to Playback settings, select Change.
Check the option to Autoplay next episode in a series on all devices.
Unplug your device from power for at least 1 minute.
Plug your device back in.
Turn your device back on.
Try Netflix again.
