I'm not seeing HDR titles when I browse Netflix.

You can watch titles in HDR if your TV, plan, and connection speed support it. If you meet our HDR requirements but are not seeing HDR titles when you browse Netflix, follow the troubleshooting steps for your device below.

Windows 10

Ensure HDR Video is enabled

  1. Click on or tap the Windows icon to open the Start Menu.

  2. Type HDR into the search bar at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Select HDR Video Options from the search results.

  4. Under Stream HDR Video, ensure the toggle is in the On position.

    If Stream HDR Video is greyed out, your computer or display may not meet our HDR requirements.
  5. Try browsing Netflix again.
