Subtitles are too large

When the settings on both the Netflix app and your device are set to increase the size of subtitles, subtitles and captions can become too large. To resolve the issue, change the subtitle settings on either your Netflix account or on your device.

• On your Netflix account: Visit How to change the appearance of subtitles and captions. Adjusting this setting will change the appearance of subtitles in the Netflix app on all of your devices.

• On your device: For help changing the subtitle accessibility settings on your device, contact your device manufacturer. Adjusting these settings may change the appearance of subtitles for all apps on that device.
