How to manage your account-level PIN

You will be prompted to verify your age and create a PIN during sign-up. You can also verify your age from your Account page after sign-up.

If you are signing up for Netflix on a device that supports PIN setup, follow these steps:

1. Set up your account by entering your email, password, and payment information.

2. Once you’ve completed these steps, verify your age and create a four-number PIN.

3. Select Save.

This PIN must be entered in order to watch R21 movies and TV shows in Singapore. You won't need to enter the PIN again until the next time you use Netflix or switch to another profile on your account.

To change or update from the default 0000 PIN on your account:

1. From a web browser, go to your Account page.

2. Select Security, then R21 Content PIN.

   • If you don't see this option, use the Parental Controls link to update your PIN experience.

3. Enter your Netflix account password.

4. Enter a new four-number PIN.

5. Select Save.
