How to use Netflix on your Altice cable box

Welcome to Netflix on your Altice cable box! Use this article to learn about Netflix features and how to set up and sign out of your account.

Netflix is available on select Altice cable boxes. Netflix streaming features on supported devices include:

Navigation
On most devices, you can browse through rows of TV shows and movies, including a row dedicated to your My List selections. Each row represents a category such as comedies, dramas, or TV shows that we show you based on what you’ve watched.

Resolution
Most devices can stream Netflix in high definition on fast internet connections and will play Netflix in their maximum supported resolution.

Parental controls
You can set parental controls on individual profiles.

Subtitles & alternate audio
Learn how to turn on subtitles, closed captions, and alternate audio (including 5.1 surround sound), which are available on many TV shows and movies. Many devices let you choose the appearance of subtitles and captions. Some devices display subtitles and captions in their default appearance, or aren't set up to display subtitles.

To connect your Altice cable box to your Netflix account, start from the Home screen and choose from the options below.

  1. Begin from your TV home screen.

  2. Press the Netflix button on your remote.

  3. Once in the Netflix app, select Sign In and follow the instructions on the screen.

  1. Use your remote to navigate to Channel 500.

  2. Once in the Netflix app, select Sign In.

Your device is now connected to your Netflix account. Enjoy!

To sign out of the Netflix account on your device, follow these steps.

  1. Go to the Netflix Home screen.

  2. On your remote, press the Back or Last button.

  3. On the right, select Settings .

  4. Select Sign out.

  5. Select Yes to confirm.
