How to confirm your identity to make account changes

As an extra layer of security, we may ask members to verify some information when changing important account details.

A Security Check screen appears when you need to confirm your identity. You'll either need to enter a 6-digit code that we'll send to your email or phone number, or confirm your payment details.

Verification for email or phone number changes
