Top 10 lists aren't showing

The Top 10 TV Shows and Top 10 Movies are lists that appear on the Netflix home screen, and update every day with the most popular titles on Netflix. If available in your region, Top 10 lists will automatically appear on your device with the most watched shows in your country. The Top 10 lists are also available at top10.netflix.com and are updated weekly.

If you don't see the Top 10 lists on your device, follow these steps to fix the problem.

Top 10 lists aren't available for the Netflix app for Apple TV or Windows computers.

Top 10 lists may not appear if you use a VPN that changes your country or internet location. Learn more about using a VPN with Netflix.

Note: Some antivirus software comes with a VPN that might be turned on. To learn more or get help, contact your antivirus software provider.

If you use a VPN, try turning it off.

If you aren't sure whether a VPN is turned on, follow the steps below.

  1. Open a web browser on a device that's on the same network as the device with the issue.

  2. Go to fast.com. Netflix will start a connection test.

  3. When the test stops, click Show more info.

  4. Next to Client, note the country.

  5. If the country doesn't match your location, your device or network has a VPN turned on. Try turning it off, then try Netflix again.

A few things to note:

  • Netflix Customer Service isn't able to help with VPNs because the steps are different for each VPN. If you need help, contact your VPN provider.

  • If you turned your VPN off and it didn't solve the issue, or the location from fast.com matches your location, move on to the steps below.
