Netflix Error UI-800-3 on Xbox 360

If you experience the error code UI-800-3 on your Xbox 360, it typically points to an Internet connectivity problem that's preventing you from streaming. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

Confirm your Xbox's DNS Settings
  1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
  2. Go to Settings and select System Settings.
  3. Select Network Settings.
  4. Choose your network and select Configure Network.
  5. Select DNS Settings and choose Automatic.
  6. Turn the Xbox off and back on, then try Netflix again.

Uninstall and Reinstall the Netflix App

Uninstall the App

  1. Begin from the Xbox Dashboard.

Reinstall the App
