How to use Netflix on your Digix Blu-ray player

Welcome to Netflix on your Digix Blu-ray player or home theater system! Use this article to learn about Netflix features and how to set up and sign out of your account. If you’re unsure if your device supports Netflix, follow the steps in the “Set up Netflix” section to attempt to locate the Netflix app.

Netflix is available on many Digix devices. Netflix streaming features on supported devices include:

Supported Regions
Netflix is available on Digix Blu-ray players in the United States and Canada.

Navigation
On most devices, you can browse through rows of TV shows and movies, including a row dedicated to your My List selections. Each row represents a category such as comedies, dramas, or TV shows that we show you based on what you’ve watched.

Resolution
Most devices can stream Netflix in high definition on fast internet connections and will play Netflix in their maximum supported resolution.

Parental controls
You can set parental controls on individual profiles.

Subtitles & alternate audio
Learn how to turn on subtitles, closed captions, and alternate audio (including 5.1 surround sound), which are available on many TV shows and movies. Many devices let you choose the appearance of subtitles and captions. Some devices display subtitles and captions in their default appearance, or aren't set up to display subtitles.

To connect your Digix Blu-ray player or home theater system to your Netflix account, make sure you are on the Home screen and select the option below that best describes your device.

  1. Select the Connected icon.

  2. Select Netflix.

  3. Select Yes on the Are you a member of Netflix? screen.

  4. Enter your Netflix email address and password and select Sign In.

Your device is now connected to your Netflix account. Enjoy!

  1. Press the Netflix button on your remote.

  2. Select Yes on the Are you a member of Netflix? screen.

  3. Enter your Netflix email address and password and select Sign In.

Your device is now connected to your Netflix account. Enjoy!

To sign out of the Netflix account on your device, follow these steps.

  1. Go to the Netflix home screen, then go left to open the menu.

  2. At the bottom, select Get Help > Sign out > Yes.

    Note:If you don't see Get Help, go up and select Settings.

If you can't find Get Help, Settings, or Sign out:

  1. Using your remote, press these buttons in this order: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up.

  2. On the menu that appears, select Sign out, Start Over, Reset, or Deactivate.
