All downloads on a device are deleted when the Netflix app is uninstalled or reset, and when the app's data is cleared.

A TV show or movie might not appear in your Downloads if it has a higher maturity rating than your profile allows. Go to your Netflix account page to see or change a profile's maturity settings.
To check a profile's viewing restrictions:
Open the Netflix app.
In the lower right, tap My Netflix.
Tap the Menu, then tap Manage Profiles.
Tap the Edit icon on your profile.
Tap Viewing Restrictions, then tap Maturity Rating to check your profile's viewing restrictions.
If your profile doesn't have any viewing restrictions and your downloads are still missing, contact us for more help.
There is a new Netflix app for Windows, which includes support for watching live events, increased streaming quality, compatibility with ad-supported plans, and more. While downloads will no longer be supported, you can continue to watch TV shows and movies offline on a supported mobile device.
If you can’t find the option to download or play your downloaded titles, your computer is already using the new Netflix app version. There’s no way to go back to the old app version.
