A TV show or movie might not appear in your Downloads if it has a higher maturity rating than your profile allows. Go to your Netflix account page to see or change a profile's maturity settings.
To check a profile's viewing restrictions:
Open the Netflix app.
In the lower right, tap My Netflix.
Tap the Menu, then tap Manage Profiles.
Tap the Edit icon on your profile.
Tap Viewing Restrictions , then tap Maturity Rating to check your profile's viewing restrictions.
