If you can't find some or all of the TV shows or movies you've downloaded in the Downloads section of your phone or tablet, follow the steps below to fix the problem.
From the Android home screen, navigate to Settings.
Select Apps or Apps Manager.
Switch Storage to On.
Try Netflix again.
Downloaded titles may not be displayed in the Downloads section if they exceed the maturity-rating limit set for your profile.
To check if parental controls are enabled for your profile:
From the Netflix app, tap More or your Profile icon .
Scroll down and tap Account. Your device's web browser will open a new page with your account settings.
Scroll down to the Profile & Parental Controls section. Any maturity-rating limit that has been set will be listed under the name of the profile.
To change the maturity-rating for a profile, follow the steps in the How to choose maturity ratings or block shows article.
If no maturity-rating limit has been set for your profile, or if the titles that are missing don't exceed the maturity-rating limit for your profile, continue to the steps below.
Some apps that automatically "clean up" your device to free up storage space can accidentally clear application data that Netflix needs to run properly or can remove downloaded titles from your device. Try turning off these apps and downloading your TV show or movie again.
