Navigation
On most devices, you can browse through rows of TV shows and movies, including a row dedicated to your My List selections. Each row represents a category such as comedies, dramas,
or TV shows that we show you based on what you’ve watched.
Resolution
Most devices can stream Netflix in high definition on fast internet connections and will play Netflix in their maximum supported resolution.
Parental controls
You can set parental controls on individual profiles.
Subtitles & alternate audio
Learn how to turn on subtitles, closed captions, and alternate audio (including 5.1 surround sound), which are available on many TV shows and movies. Many devices let you choose the appearance
of subtitles and captions. Some devices display subtitles and captions in their default appearance, or aren't set up to display subtitles.
Silent Sign-In (SSI)
Some HOT set-top boxes support Silent Sign-In, a technology that enables automatic sign in. Netflix customers who are billed through HOT will automatically be signed in to their Netflix
account on their new, additional, or replacement HOT set-top box if that box is SSI-enabled.

If you’re unsure of your device’s model name or number, follow the steps in the “Set up Netflix” section to attempt to locate the Netflix app.
To connect your HOT set-top box to your Netflix account, start from the home screen and choose from the options below.
Press the Menu button on your remote.
Navigate and select Services & Apps.
Locate the Netflix app and press Select.
Once in the Netflix app, select Sign In.
If you're not yet a member, follow the sign-up prompts or set up your membership online.
Your device is now connected to your Netflix account.
Use your remote to navigate to Channel 500.
Press the Select button to launch the Netflix app.
Once in the Netflix app, select Sign In.
If you're not yet a member, follow the sign-up prompts or set up your membership online.
Your device is now connected to your Netflix account.
To sign out of the Netflix account on your device, follow these steps.
Go to the Netflix Home screen.
On your remote, press the Back or Last button.
On the right, select Settings .
Select Sign out.
Select Yes to confirm.
Go to the Netflix Home screen.
On your remote, press the Back or Last button.
On the right, select Settings .
Select Exit.
Select OK.
Netflix is available in Ultra HD on select HOT set-top boxes. To stream in Ultra HD, you will need:
A Netflix plan that supports streaming in Ultra HD.
A 2014 or newer Ultra HD TV that is capable of streaming Ultra HD content at 60 Hz, connected to your set-top box via an HDMI port that supports HDCP 2.2 or later (usually the HDMI 1 port).
A steady internet connection speed of 15 megabits per second or higher.
Streaming quality set to High or Auto.

Netflix is available in HDR on select HOT set-top boxes. To stream in HDR, you will need:
A Netflix plan that supports streaming in Ultra HD.
A streaming device that supports either Dolby Vision or HDR and Netflix.
A smart TV that supports either Dolby Vision or HDR10 connected to your device via an HDMI port that supports HDCP 2.2 or later (usually the HDMI 1 port).
A steady internet connection speed of 15 megabits per second or higher.
Streaming quality set to High.
