Netflix is available on select Verizon Fios set-top boxes, listed below. Netflix streaming features on supported devices include:
Navigation
On most devices, you can browse through rows of TV shows and movies, including a row dedicated to your My List selections. Each row represents a category
(such as comedies, dramas, or TV shows) that we show you based on what you’ve watched.
Resolution
Most devices can stream Netflix in high definition on fast internet connections and will play Netflix in the highest supported resolution.
Parental controls
You can set parental controls on individual profiles.
Subtitles & alternate audio
Learn how to turn on subtitles, closed captions, and alternate audio (including 5.1 surround sound), which are available on many TV shows and movies.
Many devices let you choose how subtitles and captions look. Some devices show subtitles and captions in their default appearance, or aren't set up to show subtitles.
On some devices, you can also stream select titles with Dolby Atmos audio.

If you don't know your device’s model name or number, follow the steps in the “Set Up Netflix” section.
To connect your Verizon Fios set-top box to your Netflix account, start from the Home screen and choose from the options below.
Use your remote to navigate to Channel 838.
Select OK to open the Netflix app.
Once in the Netflix app, select Sign In.
If you aren't a member, follow the sign-up prompts or set up your membership online.
Your device is now connected to your Netflix account.
In the Apps menu, find the Netflix app and press OK.
Once in the Netflix app, select Sign In.
If you are not yet a member, follow the sign-up prompts or set up your membership online.
Your device is now connected to your Netflix account.
Press the Menu button on your remote.
Find On Demand and press OK.
Locate the Netflix app and press OK.
Once in the Netflix app, select Sign In.
If you aren't a member, follow the sign-up prompts or set up your membership online.
Your device is now connected to your Netflix account.
To sign out of the Netflix account on your device, follow these steps.
Go to the Netflix Home screen.
On your remote, press the Back or Last button.
On the right, select Settings .
Select Sign out.
Select Yes to confirm.
Go to the Netflix Home screen.
On your remote, press the Back or Last button.
On the right, select Settings .
Select Exit.
Select OK.
Netflix is available in Ultra HD on select Verizon Fios set-top boxes. To stream in Ultra HD, you will need:
A Netflix plan that supports streaming in Ultra HD.
A 2014 or newer Ultra HD TV that is capable of streaming Ultra HD content at 60 Hz, connected to your set-top box via an HDMI port that supports HDCP 2.2 or later (usually the HDMI 1 port).
A steady internet connection speed of 15 megabits per second or higher.
Streaming quality set to High or Auto.

Netflix is available in HDR on select Verizon Fios set-top boxes. To stream in HDR, you will need:
A Netflix plan that supports streaming in Ultra HD.
A streaming device that supports either Dolby Vision or HDR and Netflix.
A smart TV that supports either Dolby Vision or HDR10 connected to your device via an HDMI port that supports HDCP 2.2 or later (usually the HDMI 1 port).
A steady internet connection speed of 15 megabits per second or higher.
Streaming quality set to High.
