Some devices prompt you to activate your device, or connect it to your Netflix account before you can sign in. This usually happens with a new device, or a device that has recently had a software update.
If your device generates an activation code, enter the code on the Netflix website:
Navigate to Netflix.com/activate.
Sign in, then select a profile.
Enter the code in the Enter code field.
Your device is now connected to your Netflix account.
If you see the message Invalid code. Please check the code and try again, or if your device stays on the activation page, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Turn off your device.
Unplug your device from power.
Wait 30 seconds.
Plug your device back in and repeat the activation steps above.
